Saloni Mavani is an arbitrator, mediator and legal advisor with more than twenty years of business and legal experience. She is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Washington bars and has resolved disputes nationwide, in Asia and Europe.

Saloni is an experienced corporate lawyer and has advised large and small companies from Fortune 500 businesses to emerging technology startups on a broad range of legal matters. She has resolved disputes for businesses across various industries including technology, e-commerce, telecommunications, financial services, pharmaceuticals, hospitality and healthcare. Saloni began her legal practice with Proskauer Rose LLP where she represented companies in complex litigation. She also spent more than a decade serving in various in-house senior leadership roles with Clearwire Corporation and Carnival Corporation managing litigation, employment, privacy and consumer matters worldwide. From high stakes bet the company litigation, to intense collective bargaining negotiations and mission critical, cyber security incident response; Saloni is familiar with the full range of risks corporations face and has the business acumen to resolve complex problems creatively and efficiently.

Saloni is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s (“AAA”) distinguished panel of arbitrators and a neutral with New Era ADR and National Arbitration and Mediation. She is certified by the American Arbitration Association in arbitration fundamentals and mediation essentials.

She has broad experience in commercial matters with a focus on large and complex cases, e-commerce, intellectual property, employment and consumer disputes. Saloni has resolved many false advertising and fraud claims, patent and trademark infringement, trade secret, technology licensing, breach of contract and unfair competition claims, insurance coverage, wage and hour class action, employment harassment, discrimination, misclassification and whistleblower claims.
